At Chaitali’S Mehndi Art, we strive to ensure that every client and student finds contentment through our 7+ years of mastery. Because our services involve personalized artistry and professional education, we operate under the following guidelines:

1. Mehndi Services (Bridal, Portrait, & Group)

• Booking Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, as our creative team reserves specific time slots to ensure you are the center of attraction.
• Service Satisfaction: As mehndi is a manual, ingenious art form, we prioritize your vision during the application process to ensure there are no boundaries to your satisfaction. Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.

2. Mehndi Designing Courses

• Enrollment Fees: Course fees for our Basic and Advance tracks are non-refundable once the 10-day, 25-day, or Portrait masterclasses have commenced.
• Academy Commitment: We provide a warm platform for quality art; if a student cannot attend scheduled sessions, we offer the flexibility to make up missed hours within the course duration.
• Material Usage: Fees often cover the cost of professional materials used during training, which cannot be returned or refunded once utilized.

3. Organic Products

• Quality Assurance: We take pride in our 100% premium organic henna, crafted for technical perfection and rich stains.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of organic henna paste and cones, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped or picked up.
